The finder, shortlist and quote draft run in your browser. We do not send shipment searches or drafts to providers.

Browser storage

“Remember this origin” stores only your city, province and optional postal code in local storage on this device. Use “Clear saved origin” to remove it. The shortlist also uses local storage and has its own clear button. Shipment form details stay in this tab's session storage so you can return to the draft; closing the tab normally ends that session. Browser restore features may retain sessions. Use the clear controls before sharing a device.

Contacting a provider

Copying text uses the clipboard only after you choose a copy control. Opening a mailto draft passes recipients and the draft to your email application. Nothing is automatically sent. Provider links take you to third-party sites with their own privacy practices.

Corrections and claims

A submitted correction is stored on this server for manual review. Include only business information needed to assess the request. Do not submit customer addresses, private rates, passwords, identity documents or confidential shipment details. Submission files are retained for manual review and removed after about 90 days. A provider claim is not automatically published and does not trigger outgoing email.

Hosting and analytics

FreightList runs on the shared OVH server behind Cloudflare, which processes connection information to deliver and protect this site. The web server processes ordinary connection information and may retain security/access logs under the host's existing retention policy. No analytics, advertising cookies, third-party fonts, tracking pixels or precise geolocation are used by FreightList. Any analytics or advertising would require a separate review and an updated privacy notice.
